Terms of Service

The ConnectWise MCP Connector (the “Service”) is operated by MicroAge Manitoba (“MicroAge”, “we”, “us”). By signing in to and using the Service you agree to these terms.
Your use of the Service is governed by, and incorporated into, MicroAge Manitoba’s Master Services Agreement: MicroAge Manitoba Master Services Agreement (PDF). Where these terms and the Master Services Agreement conflict, the Master Services Agreement controls.
1. Who may use the Service
The Service is provided to authorized users with a valid Microsoft Entra ID account issued by MicroAge and a valid ConnectWise Manage security role. You must not share your credentials or ConnectWise API keys, and you must use the Service only for legitimate business purposes.
2. What the Service does
- The Service provides read-only access to ConnectWise Manage data. It cannot create, modify, or delete ConnectWise records.
- Every request is made using the ConnectWise API key you register under your account and its security role. You must register only your own ConnectWise API key, and you are responsible for the actions taken under your credentials and for ensuring your access rights are appropriate.
- You remain bound by all ConnectWise Manage usage policies and by MicroAge’s acceptable-use and confidentiality obligations.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to access data you are not authorized to see, or to circumvent authentication, authorization, or rate-limiting controls;
- use the Service to disrupt, overload, or probe the connector or the underlying ConnectWise system; or
- use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or the Master Services Agreement.
4. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or revoke access, at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
